Three Phase Electric Control Desk
Control Desk is a device which controls the almost entire electrical system. It is basically monitoring the electrical system periodically and maintain punctuality. ON/OFF, Start/Stop & various other activities of an electrical system are to be maintained & established. Out of various indications annunciations are mostly fitted and monitored in Control Desk.
AMF Control Panel
It is a panel which helps electrical system operable by DG during mains off. Normally during load-shedding, AMF Panel operates and starts the DG system for power generation. The panel shall have a tripping system during abnormal or multifunctioning of electrical system.
Power Distribution Control Panel
Normally the Power Distribution Control Panel Board is the main operating system and caters power to different units of electrical system. Power is monitored by Ammeter, Voltmeter, & Frequency meter. PDB also has a tripping system during emergency situations. Mainly distribution of power to different units of an electrical system is operated and maintenance by PDB.
Generator Control Panel
This panel is used to operate during power generated by generator panel shall have various measuring & monitoring instruments for recording purpose. Generator Panel have various protective devices for the safe drive of generator. Panel shall have various monitoring devices for protection of different parts of generator.
Single Phase Control Panel
It is a panel having single phase preventer mainly. During single phase of motor, it isolates the electrical system and save the motor and entire electrical installations.
Bus-Duct
Bus-Duct mainly two types, one is indoor & other is outdoor type with top canopy. Bus-Duct actually inter-connects between transformer and PCC/MCC end. It is made out of mainly Aluminum bus-bar or Copper bus-bar. We are doing Bus-Duct of rating up to 4000A.
AC Drive Panel
Drive panel is used when long drive/travel is required at an interval. Upper & Lower travel is also compensated for by the drive panel. Mainly frequency and voltage are found variable in AC Drive Panel. Mainly AC Drive Panel is used in Colliery/Crusher unit/open-cast mines etc.
Lighting Distribution Board
It is a distribution board which controls lighting system. Basically lights/luminaires are getting ON/OFF by manually or auto system LDB also facilate the lighting system automatic ON/OFF by clock timer. It is constructed & protected mainly by MCB, 10KA/6KA & as required terminals for wiring purpose.
Main Power Distribution Board
Main Power Distribution Board is used in Hospitals, Industries, Multi-storied building for catering of power to various units of the electrical systems. MLDB shall have incomer and outgoing feeders with protective instruments.
Push Button Station
It is a basically small box constitute two/three/four push buttons with requisite terminals. All Push Buttons fitted with nameplate/ tally plates for the right operation of operators as well as identifications.
Feeder Pillar
Feeder Pillar are used at road-side for catering of power to the local area. Normally power is trapped from L.T. side of transformer L.T. Side produces 415V AC and the same is connected to feeder pillar box incomer side. Feeder pillar box shall have out-going and connected the same for various load. Some indicators are there and may have ammeter, volt-meter etc.
Three Phase Capacitor Panel
capacitor control panel is the basic power factor improvement panel results in significant benefits to the consumer both in terms of system efficiency as well as cost savings. Capacitor panel reduces the current drawn, cable losses, transformer losses, also improving the voltage regulation and enhancement the life of switchgear, cables etc.
Power Control Centre
Power Control Centre (PCC) is mainly a panel which monitor caters power to different out-going loads of an electrical establishment. Total load of a plant reflects in PCC Panel, PCC Panel is used in large Sub-Station for monitoring of power, protection of electrical system etc.
